The word Asado has its origins in Spain and South America. Asado means to roast or grill. At the Asado here in Southington, Connecticut, you’ll see and enjoy an eating event as all of our food is prepared right in front of your eyes on our open parilla grill.

They say the sense of smell is the strongest sense. From the moment you open our door, you will be warmly greeted by the delicious smells of freshly prepared food, our gracious staff and an ambiance and atmosphere that will make your dining experience a memorable one.
